    The CheKine™ Micro Blood Magnesium Concentration Assay Kit is a core product designed for the quantitative determination of magnesium ion (Mg²⁺) concentration in serum or plasma samples. Under alkaline conditions, magnesium ions form colloidal particles and react with titan yellow to produce an orange-red product.
