体外：EGFR kinase inhibitor 4 (0-10 μM，6 小时) 抑制人 NSCLC 细胞系 (H1975、H3255、HCC827 细胞) 中的 LRTM 磷酸化 (pY1068) 以及下游 pERK 和 pAKT[1]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。
