【产品概述】
本产品是一种经过改良的以溴酚蓝为染料，5倍浓缩的蛋白上样缓冲液，可以用于常规的SDS-PAGE蛋白样品的上样。
【产品组分】
ZK153-01 1 ml x 1支
ZK153-05 1 ml x 5支
ZK153-10 1 ml x 10支
【保存条件】
置于-20℃保存，有效期一年。
【注意事项】1、在室温溶解SDS-PAGE蛋白上样缓冲液
2、按照每4 μl蛋白样品加入1 μl蛋白上样缓冲液的比例，混合蛋白样品和蛋白上样缓冲液（5×）
3、100℃或者沸水浴加热3-5 min，以充分变性蛋白。
4、冷却到室温后，直接上样到SDS-PAGE胶加样孔内即可。
5、通常电泳至蓝色染料到达胶的底端处附近即可停止电泳。
6、产品中含有β-巯基乙醇，β-巯基乙醇使用时请注意防护，穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
