产品简介
Tris(三羟甲基)为弱碱，分子式为C4H11NO3，相对分子量为121.14, 在25℃下pKa为8.1，Tris缓冲液的有效缓冲范围在pH7.0～9.2之间。Tris碱的水溶液pH在10.5左右，一般加入盐酸调节pH值至所需值，即可获得该pH值的缓冲液。常用作生物缓冲液，常用pH值为6.8、7.4、8.0、8.8，其pH值随温度变化很大。一般来说，温度每升高1℃，pH值下降0.03。
Tris-HCl缓冲液(1mol/L,pH8.5,RNase free)属于pH缓冲液，采用进口Tris配制而成，再经15psi高压灭菌处理，常用于RNA相关实验。

Tris, or tris(hydrozkmethyl)aminomethane, or known during medical use as tromethamine or THAM, is an organic compound with the formula (HOCH2)3CNH2. It is extensively used in biochemistry and molecular biology as a component of buffer solutions such as in TAE and TBE buffers, especially for solutions of nucleic acids.
"Tris" is a chemical compound used as a buffer. The full name is tris(hydrozkmethyl)aminomethane. Tris has the ability to absorb counter ions (+H and -OH) so as to help keep the solution that they are in at a stable pH level. When the pH of Tris is set using HCl (h y d r o c h l o r i c a c i d) the buffer is called Tris HCl.
