Product Overview



Stemgent® Cy™ 3 Goat anti-Rat IgG + IgM Antibody was screened on human stem cells using immunocytochemistry (ICC) and selected as the best application-tested secondary antibody, among those tested, for stem cell research applications. This polyclonal goat anti-rat IgG + IgM antibody reacts with rat IgG, IgM, and the light chains of other rat immunoglobulins. Cross reactivity against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins has not been detected. The Stemgent® Cy™ 3 Goat anti-Rat IgG + IgM Antibody has been solid-phase absorbed and tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, bovine, and horse immunoglobulins. However, cross-reaction with immunoglobulins from other species has not been tested.
