Product Overview



Stemgent® HRP Mouse anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody was screened on mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells by western blot analysis and selected as the best application-tested secondary antibody, among those tested, for stem cell research applications. This monoclonal mouse anti-rabbit IgG antibody reacts with the light chains on rabbit IgG and those common to other rabbit immunoglobulins. The antibody does not react with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG. The Stemgent® HRP Mouse anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody has been tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross reactivity with human, mouse, rat, bovine, goat, horse, Armenian hamster, and sheep immunoglobulins. However, cross-reaction with immunoglobulins from other species has not been tested
