Description Polyclonal Antibody against Human DOPA Decarbozklase Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg per mL BSA and 50% glycerol) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human DOPA Decarbozklase Polyclonal AntibodyHuman, bovine, canine, sheep, guinea pig, rabbit Specificity DOPA Decarbozklase (aromatic L-amino acid decarbozklase, AADC, DDC) catalyzes the second reaction in the biosynthesis of catecholamines and serotonin. It is also involved in the biosynthesis of trace amines.
This antiserum was developed using a synthetic peptide from N-terminal region of Human DOPA Decarbozklase (DDCH), conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) and it was subsequently purified on a peptide affinity column.Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:1,000*
