Description Polyclonal Antibody against Dopamine β-Hydrozklase, C-term Form Affinity Purified Antibody (in10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg per ml BSA and 50% glycerol) Host Sheep Species Reactivity Bovine, Human, Monkey, Rabbit Specificity Dopamine β-Hydrozklase, C-Terminus Polyclonal AntibodyDopamine β-hydrozklase (DBH) catalyzes the conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine and serves as a marker of noradrenergic cells. The expression of DBH is elevated during stress.
This antibody was developed against a peptide from the C-terminal region of human DBH. It was subsequently purified on an affinity column coupled with the peptide immunogen.Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. This antibody is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.
