This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone LMR5 Form Tissue Culture Supernatant (0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Rat Species Reactivity Human IsoType Lung Resistance Related Protein (LRP) Monoclonal Antibody (SIGNET)IgG Specificity Clone LMR5 recognizes LRP/MVP, a protein that is over-expressed in various multidrug-resistant cancer cell lines and tumor samples. Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: 1:20-1:30
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: Although not usually required, in certain conditions HIER [Sodium Citrate (SIG-31932) or Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910)] may increase the specific staining.
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature.
Notes Positive Cell Lines: Drug-sensitive parental cell lines and their multidrug-resistant derivatives.
