Description Purified Monoclonal Antibody against Paired Helical Filaments (PHF-6) Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone PHF 6 Form Purified Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Mouse IsoType Paired Helical Filaments (PHF 6) Monoclonal Antibody, PurifiedIgG1 [Ab] 2.0 mg/mL Specificity This antibody is reactive to paired helical filaments phosphorylated at Thr231. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Storage Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). The antibody is best stored undiluted at -20°C to -70°C. It is suggested that the total volume is aliquoted upon initial thaw.
