Description Alexa Fluor® 488 Labeled Polyclonal Antibody against Giantin Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Alexa Fluor® Labeled Antibody (in PBS + 50% glycerol + 0.03% thimerosal) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Giantin Polyclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor Labeled Human, Monkey, Canine, Rodent Specificity This polyclonal antibody was raised against the N-terminus, residues 1-469, of human giantin. Giantin is a membrane-inserted component of the cis and medial Golgi with a large rod-like cytoplasmic domain. This antibody serves as an excellent marker for the Golgi complex in mammalian cells.
This antibody is covalently coupled to Alexa Fluor® 488 to generate a one-step staining reagent; no secondary antibody detection is required. Alexa Fluor® 488 is an excellent alternative to fluorescein (FITC) dyes.Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunofluorescence (IF). Suggested Working Dilution Giantin Polyclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor Labeled The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:5,000*
