CD25是一种55 kDa的糖蛋白，亦称为低亲和力IL-2受体α链（IL-2Rα）、Ly-43、p55或Tac。它表达于活化的T细胞和B细胞、胸腺细胞亚群、前B细胞以及调节性T细胞（Treg）表面。CD25与CD122（IL-2Rβ）和CD132（共同γ链）结合后，可形成具有高亲和力信号转导功能的IL-2受体。
