使用本产品的案例(仅供参考) HPLC-MS HPLC was performed using an HPLC-MS instrumen for detection and quantitation of tryptophan and kynurenine. The mass scan mode was set to positive and negative ions, and the range was set to 70–1000 m/z. Separation of tryptophan and kynurenine was carried out on an C18 column. Standards and samples were eluted using methyl alcohol and ultrapure water (0.1% formic acid). The injection volume was set to 5 µL, with a solvent flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The mass condition parameters were set as: nebulizer gas, 3 L/min;drying gas, 10.0 L/min;heating gas, 10.0 L/min;interface temperature, 30℃;collision-induced dissociation (CID) gas, 230 kPa;DL temperature, 250℃;thermal block temperature, 400℃;interface voltage, −4.5 kV.
