本品为分析标准品。 使用本产品的案例(仅供参考) HPLC About 5 µL of the diluted AVTE sample solution was analyzed using an HPLC System and separated using an C18 column (2.6 µm, 4.6 × 150 mm). Mobile phase A was water containing 0.5% acetic acid, and mobile phase B was acetonitrile. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min with a column temperature of 30℃, and the detection wavelength was 328 nm. The injection volume was 5 μL, with a flow rate of 0.3 mL/ min. All sample solutions were filtered through a 0.22 μm PTFE filter (Agilent Technologies) before analysis.
