Human Anti-Dupilumab Antibody, clone AbD47092ia is a paratope specific, inhibitory anti-idiotypic antibody (Type 1) that specifically recognizes the free human monoclonal antibody Dupilumab. HCA384 neither recognizes free IL-4Ra nor dupilumab in complex with IL-4Ra. Consequently, this antibody can be used to measure free dupilumab levels in serum from patients.
HCA384 may be used to develop and calibrate immune response assays to measure the anti-drug antibody (ADA) response in patient sera, together with HCA383.
Human Anti-Dupilumab Antibody, clone AbD47092ia is available as a monovalent Fab antibody incorporating a SpyTag under product code (TZA015) for conversion by the user into alternative antibody formats using any of the SpyCatchers available in our catalog.
Dupilumab (Dupixent) is a human IgG4/kappa antibody inhibiting both IL‐4 and IL-13 receptors, thereby blocking these receptor signaling pathways. Dupilumab inhibits the signaling of interleukins (IL) that induce inflammatory and immunological reactions in several atopic or allergic conditions, such as eczema, allergic reaction, and rhinosinusitis.

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
