Human anti human Pan IgG antibody, clone AbD45926 recognizes all 4 forms of human immunoglobulin gamma, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. No cross-reactivity is seen with other human immunoglobulin classes.
The monovalent Fab format of this antibody (TZA055) is tagged with a SpyTag at the C-terminus of the Fab heavy chain, enabling the user to couple it to a SpyCatcher reagent for conversion to alternative formats in less than an hour.
Human anti human Pan IgG antibody, clone AbD45926 is also available as a bivalent Fab antibody already coupled to HRP (TZA055P).

This product is shipped frozen.
When ready to use, thaw and aliquot the sample as needed. Store aliquots at -70°C, if available, otherwise store at -20°C. It is not recommended to keep aliquots at 4°C for more than one week. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
