| 背景资料 | 意义：L-半乳糖-1,4-内酯脱氢酶 (L-galactose-1,4-lactone dehydrogenase, Gal LDH) 是催化植物抗坏血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA) 生物合成 (L-半乳糖途径) 的最后一步关键酶，对提高植物AsA含量，增强其抗逆境胁迫能力具有非常重要的作用。原理：Gal LDH 催化 L-半乳糖内酯还原细胞色素C (Cytochrome C, Cyt c)，还原型 Cyt c 在550nm 有吸收峰；测定还原型 Cyt c 增加速率，来计算 Gal LDH 活性。 |
