D型 3-磷酸甘油醛 glyceraldehyde-3-phos-phate 糖酵解、发酵糖异生及磷酸戊糖途径、还原型磷酸戊糖途径等精代谢的重要中间体。当它受到 3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶作用时，将氢交给 NAD ，同时与正磷酸结合生成 1， 3-二磷酸甘油酸。由 1， 6一二磷酸果糖等醛醇的裂解而形成，反之与羰基化合物结合而形成 C-C结合。
