1.1 对象 8例中，男6例，女2例，年龄最大56岁，最小29岁，单纯CSG4例，单纯CAG3例，CSG合并CAG1例，8例均由纤维胃镜和幽门螺杆菌（Hp）尿素酶试验阳性确诊。4例CGS长期饮浓茶，饮酒日二次，每次100ml，吸烟，上腹隐痛、腹胀，食欲不振、服过中药平胃汤加减和西药胃酶素、胃舒平，口服庆大霉素，自感服药后症状好转，但反复出现上腹隐痛。3例CAG和1例CSG合并CAG，长期暴饮暴食，进食不规律，进酸辣食物，2例吸烟、饮酒、2例不吸烟，少量饮酒（女），爱饮浓咖啡，临庆症状为反复
