The purity of Anti-CA125 & CD3 Reference Antibody (Ubamatamab) is 100.00%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
Ubamatamab bound to OVCAR3 cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ PE), and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Ubamatamab bound to OVCAR3 cells, and the EC50 was 0.381 nM.
