文献和实验a. 制备活性较好的细胞悬液，调节浓度至107个/ml。 b. 在小试管（5×50mm）中加入100ul细胞悬液，再加入100ul待检McAb的样品，混匀，4℃作用30-90分钟。 c. 用洗涤液（PBS 900ml，小牛血清50ml，4%NaN3 50ml）洗二次，每次加洗涤液1-5ml，1000r/min离心5分钟，弃上清。加入100ul荧光抗体，4℃作用30-90分钟。 d. 同法洗涤，将细胞重新悬于20-30ul含10%甘油和10-100ug苯二胺/ml
