14,15-dehydro LTB4 has been shown to be an LTB4 receptor antagonist that has a much stronger binding affinity for BLT1 than BLT2. It has also been observed to inhibit LTB4-induced release of lysozymes from rat polymorphonuclear leukoctyes.
