产品详情 一、产品描述 Hybridoma Feeder PF 是一种由纯化学配方配制而成的杂交瘤细胞添加试剂，可有效提高杂交瘤细胞 的存活效率。可在大鼠和小鼠单克隆抗体制备过程中使用， 例如，杂交瘤细胞融合、亚克隆筛选过程 中使用，具有明显的促进杂交瘤细胞生长的能力， Hybridoma Feeder PF 培养基具有如下特点： 1.有效增加杂交瘤细胞融合成功率； 2.可以提高杂交瘤细胞的生长速度，可使克隆集落增多、增大； 3.杂交瘤亚克隆时，可以提高单克隆细胞存活率； 4.纯化学配方，无生物性成分； 二、工作浓度 用完全培养基稀释至 500ml 使用。 注意：Hybridoma Feeder PF 适用的基础培养基为 RPMI 1640、IMDM 和 DMEM，其它培养基未经测试。Hybridoma Feeder PF 只作为细胞培养添加剂使用，不可代替血清。 三、操作步骤： 1.取出 Hybridoma Feeder PF，加入 1ml ddH2O 至瓶中，至干粉充分溶解； 2.将溶解后的 Hybridoma Feeder PF，加入 500ml 完全培养基，并充分混匀； 3.使用 0.22μm 的过滤器过滤完全培养基，并确保 1 个月内使用完毕； 4.制备好的培养基，可以直接用于杂交瘤细胞融合以及后续实验。 四、储存条件 建议常温运输，2~8ºC 保存，无菌取用，有效期 12 个月。
