| 生物活性 | Urethane (Ethyl carbamate)， the ethyl ester of carbamic acid， is a byproduct of fermentation found in various food products. Urethane has the ability to suppress bacterial， protozoal， sea urchin egg， and plant tissue growth in vitro[1]. |
