Cell（Balb/3T3 cell line；0~100 uM a-tocopherol ，24 h）

For the doserelated experiments, the cells were exposed to CoNPs and Co2t for 12, 24 and 48 h. To examine the protective effects of a-tocopherol on the viability of cells, the cells were pretreated with varying concentrations of a-tocopherol for 24 h and subsequently exposed to target concentration of CoNPs and Co2t for 24 h.
