| In Vitro | Tetramisole can induce a contracture that is independent of membrane depolarization. Tetramisole(100 mug/ml)paralysed live Ascaris in 3 min. Tetramisole(10 mug/ml)caused a sustained contraction of the isolated somatic muscles of the worm. This contraction was not blocked by curare nor by piperazine. Tetramisole reduced the resting potential of Ascaris muscle from 34+/-4 to 10+/-1 mV. Tetramisole caused contraction of Ascaris muscle previously depolarized with high K(+)solutions.[1] |
| 细胞实验 | In the rabbit,tetramisole cause hypotension. In the cat,tetramisole causes an increase in blood pressure and causes prolonged contraction of the nictitating membrane. Tetramisole may release catecholamines from the adrenal medulla. Tetramisole block neuromuscular transmission in a way which is characteristic of non-competitive depolarizing agents,also inhibit cholin-esterases. [2]In the group treated with tetramisole,the mean faecal egg count rose from 3 weeks after treatment and remained continuously higher than those in any other group up to 12 weeks after treatment.[3] |

一、清洗 新采用和重新使用的培养器皿,都要严格清洗,以防各种有害物质对培养细胞损害。培养用的塑料器皿目前主要依靠进口,均已无菌密封包装,可直接使用。对于塑料瓶盖或胶塞等,可水中浸泡后用2%NaOH煮沸10~20min,自来水中浸泡和蒸馏水漂洗2~3次,晾干备用。细胞培养中的绝大部分器皿系玻璃制品,清洗过程为以下步骤。 1. 浸泡 新使用或重复使用的玻璃器皿须经5%盐酸溶液或自来水浸泡过夜或煮沸30min,水洗。以去除新购进玻璃
