Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H Minus (SSⅣ M-MLV)是从克隆有经基因改造的Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus reverse transcriptase基因载体在大肠杆菌中经诱导表达分离纯化而来。该酶可在37-65℃用于cDNA第一链的合成，提供持续的特异性的扩增，高效的生产cDNA，它可反转录比其它酶更长的片段，cDNA片段的长度在100bp~18kb范围之间。其最佳反应温度是50-55℃，具有灵敏度高、特异性强、聚合活性高和半衰期长的特点。该酶是M-MLV和RNase抑制剂的混合酶，可减少加样步骤，降低污染风险。
