子中分得生物碱成分有20种之多,其中主要生物碱是槐定碱、槐果碱、苦参碱等,它们大都含有相似的基本骨架,属于喹喏里西啶(Quiolizidine)类生物碱,也常被称为苦参碱类生物碱,对这类生物碱的薄层色谱分析,国内曾有一些文献报道[2,3],笔者在有关参考文献的基础上,除比较了不同的吸附剂、展开剂外,主要在显色剂的应用上有一点改进,即增加了通用显色剂30%硫酸乙醇溶液的使用,使槐定碱的薄层色谱中其它杂质均能显现,提高了方法的灵敏度。本法不仅可作为槐定碱提取工艺、原料和制剂的质量监控手段,也可为
