产品介绍

Helixyte 14具有与SYBR 14相同的化学结构（SYBR是ThermoFisher的商标）。 它通常用于检测精子的活性。 精液中活精子的比例可通过使用SYBR-14和碘化丙啶（PI）的双重染色技术进行评估。 Helixyte 14是一种核酸染料，与DNA结合后可在488 nm处大吸收并在518 nm处发射。 它使活精子的细胞核染成绿色。 相反，PI仅染色失去其膜完整性的非活动性精子。 可以通过先用SYBR-14和PI染色，然后通过流式细胞仪评估染色吸收来确定活精和死精的比例。 通过使用SYBR-14和PI双重染色，可以很容易地确定哺乳动物精液中活的和死的精子的比例，并可以通过流式细胞术进行定量。
