ReadiLink iFluor 555 寡核苷酸和 ssDNA 标记试剂盒可以使用 iFluor 555（我们的明亮、耐光和绿色荧光团）对单链 DNA 或寡核苷酸进行简单而统一的标记。标记试剂盒使用我们专有的 TAQuest 末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶 (TdT) 催化非模板定向核苷酸掺入到单链 DNA 或寡核苷酸的 3'-末端。该试剂盒针对标记进行了优化，包含标记 ssDNA 或寡核苷酸所需的所有基本试剂。由此产生的 iFluor 555 标记 DNA 探针非常适合生物学应用，例如电泳迁移率变化分析 (EMSA)、Northern 和 Southern 印迹、菌落或原位杂交。，为您提供优质的ReadiLink iFluor 555 Oligo 和 ssDNA 标记试剂盒。
