产品介绍

别藻蓝蛋白（APC）是一种具有极高吸收率和高量子效率的藻胆蛋白。它可以通过常规蛋白质交联技术轻松连接到抗体和其他蛋白质，而不会改变其光谱特性。其在 633 nm 和 647 nm 处的强吸收使 APC 串联成为流式细胞术应用中与红色激光一起使用的佳荧光团之一。与常用的 APC-Alexa Fluor® 700 相比，在相同条件下，APC-XFD 700 对某些 CD 抗体的染色指数高于 APC-Alexa Fluor® 700 串联。其主要吸收峰位于 651 nm，发射峰位于 ~710 nm。由于具有相似的光谱特性，APC-XFD 700 串联标记抗体可用于替代相应的 APC-Alexa Fluor® 700 抗体偶联物。，为您提供优质的APC-XFD 700 串联染料。
