产品介绍

mFluor Blue 630染料可用488 nm的蓝色激发光充分激发。它具有巨大的斯托克斯位移，发射约630 nm。mFluor™Blue 630染料是水溶性的，用mFluor™Blue 630染料制备的蛋白质缀合物在488 nm处被激发，产生红色荧光。mFluor™Blue 630染料和缀合物是用于流式细胞仪检测的出色的蓝色荧光试剂。与RPE相比，mFluor™Blue 630染料具有更高的光稳定性，使其更易于用于荧光成像应用，而由于RPE缀合物的快速光漂白，很难将RPE缀合物用于荧光成像应用。它也是用于光谱流式细胞仪的独特荧光染料，因为很少有具有这种光谱特征的现有染料。
