5-OG488 酸是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。5-OG488酸与OregonGreen®488羧酸，5-异构体（OregonGreen®是Invitrogen的商标）是相同的分子。 这种化合物具有较高的光稳定性和较低的pKa~4.7，而5-FAM具有pKa~6.4。 5-OG488的pKa降低使其荧光在生理pH范围内基本上对pH不敏感。 该胺反应性5-OG488可用于制备亮绿色荧光生物共轭物，其激发/发射大值为~496 / 524nm。 它是5-FITC的极好替代品。，为您提供优质的5-OG488 酸。
