文献和实验【摘要】 目的建立薄层色谱法检查槐定碱中有关物质的方法。方法采用碱性硅胶G薄层板，苯-丙酮-甲醇（8∶3∶0.5）（氨蒸气饱和）为展开剂，依次喷稀碘化铋钾试液和30%的硫酸乙醇溶液显色。结果主成分与其他生物碱、降解产物的斑点能得到较好的分离。结论该法可用于槐定碱提取工艺、原料和制剂的质量监控。 【关键词】 槐定碱 有关物质 薄层色谱法 Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the method of Thin-Layer
