文献和实验linxi2003 有人做过PGE2合成通路的吗？毫无疑问，首先磷脂酶A2 (PLA2)催化细胞膜磷脂生成花生四烯酸(AA)；其次AA在环氧合酶(主要是COX2)的作用下转化为不稳定的前列腺素H2( PGH2)；最后由前列腺素E合酶（主要是mPGES1）将PGH2异构化为PGE2。试想一想，磷脂在细胞膜上，生成花生四烯酸也是细胞膜上，生成后就被释放出去了，而COX2和mPGES1主要存在细胞核的膜上，这个通路怎么能说得通呢。有哪位高手给个建议?发表一下意见
