cut paraffin sections and deparaffinize with xylene and graded EtOH into PBS. Block slides with 1/20x serum/PBS (use the appropriate blocking serum, i.e. same as 1º Ab), 10'. Wash in PBS 2' x3. Add digoxigenin labeled 1º antiobody.

Phycoerythrin conjugation protocol
30 µl DTT (0.5M, i.e. 77 mg/ml in PBS). Incubate for 30 mins at room temperature. Separate derivatized PE and Ab from activators on G-10 columns. You should now have approximately 2 ml of each reactant. Mix derivatized
