LILRB2 is a member of the leukocyte ig-like receptor subfamily B (LILRB) family. LILRB2 is a transmembrane glycoprotein with immunoglobulin like domains in the extracellular region. There is ITIM (Immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif) in the intracellular region. LILRB2 membrane receptor can activate the ITIM motif in the receptor cell by binding the corresponding ligand and inhibit the activation of T cells after a series of signal transduction.
