有效的化学免疫治疗药物; 通过激活巨噬细胞和免疫系统的其他细胞来刺激免疫反应。顺铂处理的巨噬细胞在体外显示出增强的抗原呈递功能。治疗增加了巨噬细胞中NF-κB的含量和易位。顺铂的作用受激酶、磷酸酶和Ca2+/钙调蛋白的调节。与DNA二核苷酸d（pGpG）形成细胞毒性加合物，诱导链内交联。
