2. Immobilized human PD1-His (Cat:10377-H08H) at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human PDCD1LG2-Fc. The EC₅₀ of PDCD1LG2-Fc is 0.05-0.12 μg/mL.
3.Loaded Recombinant Human PD-L2/B7-DC Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10292-H02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human PD-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10377-H08H) with an affinity constant of 0.435 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
4.Loaded Recombinant Human PD-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10377-H08H) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human PD-L2/B7-DC Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10292-H02H) with an affinity constant of 19.400 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
