生物活性

1.Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells in the presense of 20ng/mL TNFα. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1-6 ng/mL.
2.Ixekizumab captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL17A & IL17F Heterodimer Protein (Cat. No. CT047-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 5.94 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).

A DNA sequence encoding the human IL17A (Q16552) (Ile20-Ala155) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; the human IL17F (NP_443104.1) (Arg31-Gln163) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified.
