| 检测原理 | Caspase 8又名FLICE、MACH和Mch5，Caspase 8可以自我活化，也可以在颗粒酶B的剪切下活化。Caspase 8特异性识别的序列是IETD，活化的caspase 8不但可以剪切PARP，而且还参与其它ICE家族蛋白酶，如caspase 3和caspase 7的活化过程。本caspase 8活性检测试剂盒是基于caspase 8可以催化底物Ac-IETD-pNA产生黄色的pNA(p-nitroaniline)，pNA在405nm附近有强吸收，从而可以通过测定吸光度来检测caspase 8的活性。 |
