背景简介：
过敏性疾病及相关症状源于免疫系统对通常无害的抗原（如花粉、宠物皮屑或食物）的过度反应。哮喘是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病，全球约3亿不同年龄段人群受其影响。该疾病由尘螨、宠物皮屑、花粉或霉菌等过敏原引发，以气流阻塞和支气管痉挛为特征。其中屋尘螨（HDM）是最常见的哮喘过敏原，约85%的哮喘患者对其过敏。
在屋尘螨两大主要种类—屋尘螨（Der p）和粉尘螨（Der f）中，根据序列与功能同源性已定义超过20种过敏原。其中第1类（Der 1）和第2类（Der 2）过敏原在患者过敏反应中起主导作用，也是研究最广泛的过敏原。Der p1作为屋尘螨主要过敏原，可引发超过70%患者产生IgE抗体反应。
Der p1是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶，由前酶区（80个氨基酸）和成熟酶区（222个氨基酸）组成。检测室内过敏原有助于控制加重哮喘的环境因素。研究表明，Der p1过敏原水平越高，哮喘严重程度越高，这证实了Der p1作为哮喘严重程度独立风险因子的作用。
