蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Rabbit FCGRT (ABY47597.1) (Ala24-Val297) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding Rabbit B2M (ALR85722.1) (Val22-Tyr120) was fused , constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Rabbit FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer was purified.
