Cell Membrane Staining Kit (DiD)，细胞膜标记试剂盒（红色）
DiD，又叫DiIC18(5)，是一种常见的用于标记细胞膜的红色荧光探针，广泛应用于固定或非固定的细胞或组织。DiD是DiI的衍生物，也是一种亲脂性探针，但是具有更长的激发波长和发射波长，因此在一部分细胞和组织染色中更具优势，特别适合用于多种荧光共染。DiD可以被633 nm的氦-氖(He-Ne)激光器激发，在进入细胞前荧光很弱，进入细胞并与细胞膜结合后荧光强度大大增强，可以将整个细胞膜染上红色。DiD一般不会影响细胞的活性，因此也被广泛用于示踪，如正向或逆向的神经示踪分析。
DiD染色可与免疫荧光染色兼容。DiD染色后可进行多，聚甲（不建议使用其他固定剂）固定，同时如果需要通透，建议使用Triton X-100或洋地黄皂苷，但通透可能会影响DiD在细胞膜的定位。此外，DiD还可以用于检测细胞的融合和粘附、发育或细胞迁移、细胞毒性和标记脂蛋白等。
本试剂盒为优化的DiD染色试剂盒，不仅提供即用的DiD染料，还提供染色增强剂（Staining Enhancer），可以使染色效果更好，染色背景更低。对于96孔板，每孔使用100 μL染色工作液，本试剂盒可以使用1000次。
