    简介 肺动脉血管内皮细胞是一种多功能细胞,尤其在肺的非呼吸功能方面更具特殊意义。当其受损,肺血管通透性升高导致肺水肿,在成年人呼吸窘迫综合症发生机制中具有重要意义。但是处于体内多因素共同作用的复杂环境中,对肺血管内皮细胞的功能和代谢以及病变发生机制很难作深入研究。原代肺动脉内皮细胞的体外培养系统有助于在特定的体外条件下研究肺血管内皮细胞的功能。

    细胞检测 CD31免疫荧光染色为阳性免疫荧光鉴定,细胞纯度可达90%以上,不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。
