    简介 结膜上皮是眼表的重要组成部分,是眼表的保护屏障,在维持泪膜的稳定性、润滑眼表、维持正常视力和眼表上皮损伤修复中发挥重要作用。上世纪90 年代,随着人们对眼表的深入研究,提出了结膜上皮干细胞的概念,认为结膜上皮细胞的自我更新来自结膜上皮干细胞。

    生长特征 贴壁生长
    细胞检测 广谱角蛋白(PCK)免疫荧光染色为阳性免疫荧光鉴定,细胞纯度可达90%以上,不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。
    倍增时间 每周 2 至 3 次
    换液频率 2-3天换液一次
    培养条件 气相:空气,95%;二氧化碳,5%。 温度:37摄氏度,培养箱湿度为70%-80%。 基础培养基500ml;生长添加剂5ml;胎牛血清10ml;双抗5ml

      位于脊椎动物的眼上,由复层扁平上皮及与其相连的上皮下的结缔组织形成的薄的粘膜,包围着从眼睑内侧连续到巩膜的露出部和角膜边缘的表面,称为结膜结膜可区分为两部分:位于眼睑内侧的部分为睑结膜(conjunctiva palpebrarum);眼球的部分为球结膜( conjunctiva bulbi)。随着眼睑张开和闭合,两结膜的表面就接触在一起。
