生化/生理作用
Transfection of Poly (I: C) into NIT-1 cells has been used as a model for intracellular dsRNA induced β - cell apoptosis. 18 hours after transfection, 45% of cells underwent apoptosis, and their NF kB, p50/p65 nuclear translocation, caspase 3 and 8 cleavage, caspase 12 transcription induction, Fas, IL-15, and TNF receptor related ligand (TRAIL) levels all increased. Someone has suggested that Poly (I: C) is one of the most suitable inducers for stable mature dendritic cells (DCs). These mature DCs can secrete biologically active IL-12 after CD40 connection, thus generating effective immune responses in vivo after injection.
