文献和实验。常用的抗体有： ①单克隆小鼠抗人细胞角蛋白(Monoclonal mouse anti human cytokeratin)克隆为MNF116。 该抗体应用范围，各类的冰冻切片，涂片，细胞培养 片和经甲醛固定石蜡包埋的组织切片 。用本抗体检测的阳性组织有：鳞状上皮，甲状腺滤泡上皮消化道上皮，胰腺胆管上皮，肝胆管上皮，角膜上皮等以及发生于上述来源的肿瘤。应该注意的是有一些肿瘤在检测时，可出现两种阳性物，即用两种抗体来检测如采用CK和Vimentin，可出现双向表达阳性的肿瘤
