抗原免疫荧光检查：在24孔塑料培养板孔内放置无菌的盖玻片0.5cm×0.6cm，每孔中种植1ml含有105个细胞的原代或传代内皮细胞悬液。待内皮细胞生长至近融合状态时，取出盖玻片，用PBS冲洗3次，投入冷丙酮中(-18～-20℃)，细胞面向上，作用7min，用PBS冲洗3次，每次1min，而后进行间接免疫荧光检查，第一抗体为鼠抗人VWF单克隆抗体(苏州医学院血栓室提供)，1∶20倍稀释，加入50μl于盖玻片上，放入湿盒内4℃过夜。同时不加一抗做阴性对照。用PBS冲洗3次后，加入异硫氢酸标记的二抗50μl(异硫氰酸标记
