噻唑蓝四唑蓝(MTT)可用于细胞增殖的检测

该蓝色晶体可溶于酸化异丙醇，可采用比色法测定其570 nm处的强度
MTT已被用作组织化学/细胞化学试剂 以及用于检测NAD
Due to the use of cyanide traps that can bind to cations, the ADP ligase system in tissues cannot be detected by MTT assay. MTT rapidly reduces to fumazan, which chelates with nickel, copper, and cobalt; Cobalt chelates can be used in oxidation systems. Thiazole blue tetrazolium bromide has been used as a colorimetric metabolic activity indicator in cell viability assays (MTT assay). [1] [2] [3] [4] It is also used to measure cell proliferation.
